Explore Our Story
Not long after obtaining her real estate license, Chelsea Lance realized that she enjoyed providing what can best be described as concierge level services, inspired by her background in hospitality, management, and interior design.
-she took on pre sale improvement projects including renovations, cleaning, upgrades, as well as staging.
In the summer of 2020, Chelsea took on her first house flipping project. In between catering to her real estate clients, working as a project manger with a local construction company, she decided to learn as many handyman and renovations skills as possible, as a means of teaching herself the business from the ground up.
